Akabenzi karimo tangawizi

Akabenzi ni izina rikunze guhabwa inyama z’ingurube.
Uburyo busanzwe bwo guteka inyama z’ingurube ni ukuzikaranga mu mavuta n’akunyu gake ndetse na tungurusumu. Ariko burya inyama z’ingurube zishobora gutekwa mu buryo bwinshi. Tugiye kubereka uburyo wazitekesha tangawizi, igitunguru, tungurusumu n’isosi ya soya.

Isosi ya soya ni isosi iba itekeshejwe soya n’utubuto tw’ingano cyangwa umuceri twokeshe. Ikunze gukoreshwa mu biryo byo muri Aziya. Ifite ibara ry’umukara ikaba ifite umunyu.

Shyushya amavuta mu isafuriya iremereye
Amavuta amaze gushyuha shyiramo inyama ukayifatisha irange ku mpande zose.
Gabanya umuriro ushyiremo tangawizi, tungurusumu n’igitunguru ku nyama no hagati yazo.
