Inyama z’imbavu na root beer

Root beer ni ikinyobwa gikorwa mu mizi y’igiti bita sassafras ikaba ijya gusa umukara ariko atari cyane ( brown). Root beer kandi ishobora kuba irimo alcohol cyangwa se ikaba itarimo. Root beer kandi ishobora no gukoreshwa mu gutegura inyama z’imbavu.( imbavu z’inka, iz’ihene, ingurube,..)

  • Litiro 2 za root beer
  • Umunyu wo mu bwoko bwa kosher salt igikombe 1( umunyu uba ari munini kurusha umunyu usanzwe)
  • Poivre akayiko 1
  • Poivron itukura iseye ¼ cy’agakombe
  • Moutarde de Dijon ¼ y’agakombe
  • Ibyiko 2 by’amavuta ya elayo

Uko bikorwa :

  1. Vanga poivron, moutarde n’amavuta mu gikoresho kimwe ucuguse cyane byivange
  2. Shyira root beer mu isafuriya nini
  3. Shyiramo umunyu, wongeremo inyama zawe
  4. Bishyire muri frigo bimaremo amasaha abiri
  5. Kura inyama mu isafuriya uzisige poivre
  6. Zishyire mu mpapuro za alminium uzishyire ku cyocyezo gifite umuriro muke zimareho amasaha hafi abiri
  7. Zikure mu mpapuro uzishyire ku cyocyezo zonyine ku buryo zitangira kujya kuba umukara
  8. Zisige ya sauce wabanje gukora uzisubize ku cyocyezo mu minota itanu
  9. Zikure ku muriro uzigabure zigishyushye
