Jackline also known as « Mutsiri » and has 4children. She does a job that just a few women do in Rwanda and that videography, she’s a camera woman. “I don’t see a profession of men or that of women; every person can do every profession.” she says.

Mutsiri did her camera training in Belgium where she even started working from. When she came back to Rwanda in 2007, she continued her path and now has her own company. Doing a job that in Rwanda in Men’s was a challenge to her. She says sometime people don’t trust her « When I had just started people didn’t trust me and couldn’t imagine that I could stand for 6 hours covering video ».
She works as a camera-woman and at the same time manages her family responsibilities. “When I had just begun it wasn’t easy but my was very much in my support and was there for me in my absenture.” Sometimes when she has a lot of work on the weekend, her children don’t see her: “I first talked to my children and told them my job takes more time than it should sometimes but we shall always compensate for that, and sometimes I do my work at home to be able to hit two birds with just a stone.”
This is the message Mutsiri has for fellow women « I encourage women to medal in any field of work they could like to » She kindly asks people to trust her enough to have more deals with her and mostly fellow women.
