Uburyo karemano bwo gukuza umusatsi vuba

Hari uburyo bwagufasha gukuza imisatsi vuba bwa karemano( naturel), ku buryo imisatsi yanze gukura ihita ikura vuba kandi udahenzwe ngo wirirwe ushyiramo amaproduits ahenze.

Uburyo butandukanye bukirikira bwagufasha gukuza imisatsi vuba :
Gukoresha amavuta ya elayo
Igihe ufite imisatsi itajya ikura ufata amavuta ya elayo( huile d’olive) ugasiga mu mistasi ku buryo agera hasi aho imisatsi imerera ukayarekera mu musatsi iminota 30 ubundi ukamesamo n’amazi menshi. Ubu buryo butuma imisatsi ikura vuba kandi igasa neza.

Gukoresha igikakarubamba( aloe vera)
Uvanga gel y’igikakarubamba (amazi aba ari mu kibabi cy’igikakarubamba) n’ubuki ugasiga mu misatsi hose kugera hasi ukabireka bikamaramo iminota 30 ubundi ukogamo amazi y’akazuhazi. Kugirango ubu buryo bukore neza, ushyira gel y’igikakarubamba muri shampoo umesesha mu mutwe.

Ufata inyanya ukazisya ubundi ukongeramo amavuta ya elayo ugasiga mu musatsi gahoro gahoro ukabireka bokamara iminota 15 ubundi ukogamo n’amazi menshi.

  6. • Kurya imirire yiganjemo proteins nk’amafi, inyama n’amagi
